This is very nice unique surveying level, 
Added 2  D Batteries to the use it. (Battery is not including) 
It is including with original wood box.

We checked system, the unit, compass,Light bulbs, and battery box is working. But, light switch is not working. Also, on the right side 15 deg. I do not know what part name is calling?, it is missing. You will see on the picture.
